Amy's Barista Bio

Amy became a barista at Shimoji in August of 2018. She was looking to try something new and as a Shimoji regular customer, she knew she would enjoy working with coffee. Amy appreciates the laid-back environment at Shimoji and how nice the customers are.

The Classic Latte with extra espresso is Amy’s favorite drink. She likes drinks with a strong coffee flavor. Her favorite baked good is the Raspberry Cream Pastry because the delicious, buttery crust reminds her of pie crust.

Amy is married and has one child. During her free time, Amy enjoys listening to music and playing video games with her husband. Coffee is a huge part of Amy’s life and she values that she gets to work at Shimoji, where the coffee, syrups, and baked goods are always fresh!
