Bean Selection
At Shimoji Coffee, we receive new beans every so often. We enjoy trying new beans from origins all around the world. Our beans are roasted to a medium roast, and we roast them in small batches to ensure freshness. Customers can order ½ pound, 1 pound, or 3 pounds, and choose between whole beans or the house blend of ground beans at the kiosk. We also do special orders for customers who prefer light or dark roast coffee, decaf coffee, or for customers who want a ground blend other than the current house blend.
