Official Rules & Regulations

1.  Promotion Name
Shimoji Coffee Advent 2025

2.  Promotion Period
The punch card promotion begins on December 1, 2025 (or the date cards are first distributed) and ends when all punches are collected or at 11:59 a.m. on December 24, 2025, whichever comes first.

3.  How It Works

•  Customers receive a Shimoji Coffee Advent punch card containing 25 punch spaces.

•  One (1) punch is earned for each qualifying beverage purchase (one punch per drink, per transaction).

•  No purchase of multiple drinks in a single transaction will earn more than the number of drinks purchased (e.g., buying 3 drinks = 3 punches).

•  Punches may only be issued by Shimoji Coffee staff at the Greenville or Vandalia locations at the time of purchase. No retroactive punches will be given.

4.  Completing a Card

•  A card is considered complete when all 25 spaces have been officially punched.

•  Customers may complete and submit multiple cards under the same name. Each fully completed card submitted equals one (1) entry into the prize drawing.

5.  Submission Deadline

•  All completed cards must be physically turned in no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Tuesday, December 24, 2025.

•  Cards may be submitted at either the Greenville or Vandalia Shimoji Coffee location during normal business hours.

•  Any card submitted after 12:00 p.m. on December 24, 2025 will not be accepted and will be disqualified.

6.  Prize Drawing

•  All eligible completed cards will be entered into a random drawing.

•  The drawing will take place on December 25, 2025 (Christmas Day).

•  Winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received by the deadline.

•  Winners will be announced and posted on the official Shimoji Coffee Facebook page on or after December 25, 2025.

7.  Prizes

•  Prizes will be announced in advance on in-store signage and on Shimoji Coffee’s official social media channels.

•  Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent will be offered.

8.  Winner Notification & Claiming Prizes

•  Winners will be notified via the contact information provided on their card (if any) and/or through the Facebook announcement.

•  Winners must claim their prize in person at the location indicated in the winner announcement within the timeframe specified (typically 7–14 days). Valid photo ID is required.

•  Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and may be re-awarded at Shimoji Coffee’s discretion.

9.  General Conditions

•  Lost, damaged, or altered cards will not be replaced or honored.

•  Employees of Shimoji Coffee are ineligible to participate.

•  Shimoji Coffee reserves the right to disqualify any card that appears tampered with or fraudulent.

•  By participating, customers agree to these official rules and the decisions of Shimoji Coffee, which are final in all matters relating to this promotion.
